"'Poppie' The Pomeranian was dropped off at an animal hopsital in Michigan by a young man who found her laying on the side of the road. After xrays were taken we found that she had a pelvic fracture that needed surgical intervention involving the placement of a plate and screws. The surgery went well and although she has 6-8 weeks of recovery ahead of her she was able to go home to a foster to begin the road to recovery.
